Application tips
After submission, it will take us up to 3 working days to process your application and get back to you. We mostly respond by email and in other circumstances we give you a call. You can also reach us by the email or phone number on this website if you’re not sure if we received your application and we can always work out something for you.
If you want to do more than one project? Please send us a separate email detailing each project you want to do one by one in the order which you want to do it when you arrive in Ghana, so we can plan it and make all the necessary arrangements before you get there.
- Notify your reference: You will be required to provide us with contact details of one or more professional or academic reference(s) during the application process and please inform them to expect to hear from our team.
- Update or refresh your CV/resume: Some of our projects placements require a CV/resume before you will be allowed to volunteer or intern with them. You might be required to upload it during your application process or asked to send it to us in a separate email after you have sent in your application
- Please not this: All application processing is free of charge. Feel free and do not hesitate to give us a call or send us an email if there is anything you would like to discuss with us.
Vaccinations
We highly recommend that you contact your General Practitioner or consult your various medical health centers for all the necessary current or up to date vaccination information. Some of the vaccinations are very significant and needed to get done before you can enter Ghana. Our medical knowledge is not that of an expert so our advice on vaccination and other relevant health matters would not be formal. Sometimes if you are lucky, the Ghanaian embassy or consulate that you are gonna apply for a VISA, will give you a list of all the needed vaccinations to get.
